The CasaTunes CT-8 Music Server provides 8 streams of pre-amplified, line level, high definition audio. These streams are typically fed to a matrix amplifier, which amplifies and distributes the music streams throughout the home. Each stream acts as an independent, stand alone music player. You can listen to disc music, networked music, Internet radio and music, SONOS music, as well as stream music from a Mac or iOS device using Apple AirPlay.

  1. The CasaTunes music server includes a built-in 500GB drive for storing your own music collections, enough storage for over 100,000 mp3 songs!
  2. In addition to playing music, every CasaTunes music server includes our Intelligent Matrix Amplifier Control software, enabling CasaTunes music servers to control CasaTunes and 3rd party matrix amplifiers.
  3. When controlling a matrix amplifier, the CasaTunes music server provides many advanced capabilities, including Alexa voice control, native Apps for Android and iOS phones and tablets, integration with SONOS, advanced room grouping, waking up and falling asleep listening to your favorite tunes, custom doorbell chimes, seamless integration with AV Receivers, and more.
  4. CasaTunes music servers can be used in one of three ways, (i) stand alone, as a streamer integrated with a home automation system, (ii) in combination with a CasaTunes matrix amplifier, and (iii) in combination with a 3rd party matrix amplifier.
  5. CasaTunes music servers provide out-of-the-box support for Control4, Compass Control, HDL, KNX, RTI, and URC control systems.
  6. For a complete whole house audio system, simply add a CasaTunes CT-12X8MA matrix amplifier to the CasaTunes music server, and add your speakers.
